Good bye to 9XR blue "Ready!" LED

If the overly bright blue LED "Ready!" light is hurting your eyes, turn it off.
Pull the two wire plug on J25 on main board behind battery.
Tried to post or attach image, but could not do it...

Another method would also do the job fairly well. Just give a dab your least favourite nail varnish onto the LED.

Why not? believe it or not long time ago my first PCBs were made (designed) using nail polish. it worked.. I was always stealing my mother's nail polish to make boards..
