Using SPI TX boards with the 9X? (MiniPet, v202 etc)

Where to find parts? Refactoring your entire transmitter, new cases? Sticks etc..

Using SPI TX boards with the 9X? (MiniPet, v202 etc)

Post by JohnEdwa »

So, while the RTF RC toy world had a nice period of 9X (FlySky) compatible models being produced, it seems to be slowly fading away.
Some of models were compatible with the 9X by a magical board called RF-20DBM-002 V11.
This was used by, for example, the WLtoys v911, v929, v939, v949, the Xieda 9958 and Vitality H36.
But there are many others that don't work with the 9X.

Most of these radios have separate boards with the 2.4GHz transmitters, and they seem to be controlled using SPI (Including the RF-20DBM-002 V11).
Is there a way to use these modules with the 9X ?

Here is a picture of the v202 board, and here are some for the Mini-Pet board.

If not, is there some other way to make the 9X compatible with these models ?
