Companion bug in external radio module setup

openTx has introduced a range of new features, ideas and bling. It is fast becoming the firmware of choice for many users. openTx will run on ALL current hardware platforms, including the gruvin9x and sky9x boards. Work has already started to support the new FrSky X9D radio!

This issue is just in Companion and not in the 2.1.7 OpenTx f/w for Taranis plus:

The max number of channels you can set is 15, not 16 strangely. Just a validation error it appears based on value of the start ch.

16 channels starting from CH17 would mean 17-33. We don't have a channel 33.

If the channels are numbered 1 to 32, then the first 16 are 1-16 and the next 16 are 17-32.
