Extended limits issue

Post by gdenton »

Companion9x Version 1.52

Created new simple 4-channel model.
Setup tab -> enabled Extended Limits.
Limits tab -> set Min/Max values to -125/+125.
Simulate - the 4 channel outputs = -125/+125 as expected.
Closed Simulator.

Setup tab -> disabled Extended Limits.
Limits tab -> Min/Max values were automatically reset to -100/+100 by Companion9x software (as expected).
Simulate - the 4 channel outputs still = -125/+125 (Not as expected).

Back to Limits tab - manually re-type the Min/Max values to -100/+100 (even though the Companion9x software had previously re-set them back to -100/+100) the channel outputs = -100/+100 (as expected).

FYI:
I did not try this on my actual transmitter as I'm still using er9x - I confirmed the EEPE software handles the above scenario correctly.

Confirmed, can you report it on the issue tracker? Thanks!

https://github.com/opentx/opentx/issues

(it's only an editor problem, not a firmware problem).
