2 relay 5v shield.

Post by ShowMaster »

I bought this for my solar project interface to my UNO board.
No schematic?
Any one using this board that can comment on the imperial from Com to Gnd?
I see others that have separate VCC and relay power options but not like this one?
No big deal except learning more about it. I'll trace it out and look up the parts first extra time I have. For now I'll use VCC from the UNO as well as ground and in1 input to drive one relay.

I don't know but it looks like you might have the option to run the 2 relays as 2 independent circuits with different grounds, hence the jumper there. COM might mean common ground. if you remove the jumper you get 2 separate grounds. with the jumper in place you use 1 ground connection for both.. That's what I think it is but I'm just guessing.. ;)

Thanks.
I'll sort it out tonight. Just got a call to go RC flying. 80+F temp today, light winds. Love the WX hate the earthquakes.
