Suggestion: Explain options on C9X

Hi Bertrand,

of course I haven't been active here in the past, so I'm missing quite a lot of information about companion9x, open9x etc.

But I suppose I'm not the only one who doesn't know all of the options available in C9X to have your firmware compiled.
(I just guessed that option frsky means that this option is meant for transmitters who have the telemetry mod)

Wouldn't it be nice to have the option explained when you move the mouse over such an option?

Good ideas should be taken into account
