HELP! Cant Bind between Hawkeye DTF UHF and MINIRX

Hows it going guys
i have tried just about everything ..
at first i couldnt get the blue bind beeping to stop but after i flashed and updated both the bind beeping stops when i give power to rx.

so once i turn everything off and try to turn back on i dont think its binded

i am able to access rx module when i connect tx to usb

what can i be doignn wrong?

im so stumped on this issue.
i made sure to choose the right hardware when im flashing it..
do i need to completely clear out eprom and then just install ..i dont know what to do

Did you ever figure this out? Im having the same issue with just one of my receivers.
