Where to find parts? Refactoring your entire transmitter, new cases? Sticks etc..

I updated my previous post.
Still cannot understand how charging is supposed to work. Maybe current is supposed to flow via the mainboard, powering it up. And maybe that is why FlySky decided to physically separate beeper power from the mainboard power, so that beeper does not annoy users when the battery is being charged.

I saw that, but I don't think it matches my radio. At least there seem to be some differences at the power switch, unless I misread something.
