How to setup master slave buddy system

Hi all,

Is it possible to connect 2 9X radio’s together in a trainer mode.
I have connected the radio’s together removed TX module from 1 and can see the outputs on the second radio screen.

I have configured the 4 trainer channel and setup a replace option (:= 100%) ch1, ch2, ch3 and ch4. I can see the values toggle on the bottom of the trainer setup screen.
The issue I have, when I operate the trainer switch on the radio with the TX installed and can’t get the second radio to take over control of the servos
Is there some other configuration in OpenTX I need to enable?

This is my first time trying to get a buddy system operating on openTX.

All good 1 thing I missed “was to setup a custom function for the trainer”

don't forget to calibrate the trainer in the trainer menu , All sticks at center when you do it..
