Is there, or can there be a Frsky topic Rob?
For now here's my request to discuss.
Help!
I have a lot of Frsky 2way devices, DJT,D8R-xxx, and the HUB. I'm reading I must do some FW updates to use some newer features.
I own the following,
The original
RS232/Serial PC Cable for FrSky Two-way Telemetry System

The first Frsky USB to TTL for Frsky lite and DJT,DHT, DFT modules
A FrSky receiver upgrade lite that mates with the rs232 and first USB cables.
"But"
now I'm reading I must have a FUC-3 to upgrade the hub and other Frsky 2way modules, RX's, and HUB.
I can't find one in stock anywhere?
Any way I can use what I already own? Any idea if it's just connector/pinout that's new or also logic levels and conversion?
I don't mind the updated adapters, just hate that the newer stuff Frsky makes is never in stock anywhere and the don't sell direct!
All I want to do is keep all my Frsky devices current.
Any way to make adapters for what I own or where I can buy the FUC-3?

Finally if anyone has upgraded their Frsky FW's please post what devices and why and how youdid it and with what cables please. I read where a SMD cap on the hub may have to be removed to upgrade it? This alone could use some first hand reporting. Something I'll do if I have to do it. Same with what cables and USB device I end up using.
Thanks for any help.
SM

I'm interested, where might that be? I used Frsky Forum in the search here and came up blank.
