Confused

Post by BieneFlyer »

I am confused.

If you just cut the antenna cable that is joined to the original module (as suggested as option 1 on the smartparts website) won't you then have no antenna signal for whatever module you plug in ?

I'd like to add telemetry to my TGY 9x but am clueless how to do it.

What is that umbillicle cord all about with the 9x anyway ? :?

The other modules you'd plug in the radio would have their own antenna directly on them, which everybody's doing except Turnigy/Flysky.

If, after cutting the antenna coax and removing the original RF module from a FS radio you can still use the FlySky system if you replace the module with a FlySky TM0002 module which has an integrated antenna.

Even take that original module, drill a hole in the back of it and remount the antenna there.
