Who is selling VoiceMod boards?

I'm left a bit baffled with the multitude of boards for the http://openrcforums.com/wiki/index.php/9xVoice_Mod 9xVoice Mod
Are they all essentially the same but different layouts?

Are any of those boards currently being sold?
I would not really want to etch my own. I don't mind soldering my own, even SMD. If anyone just sells bare PCB.
European sources would be preferred.
