Hmm those are nice indeed

The thing is, for me one of the main advantages of the 9x is that it's ready at the millisecond you turn it on - I had the splashscreen on at the beginning, only to just skip it everytime by pressing a button to get to what I wanted to do...

I had to program a Spektrum DX8 for someone yesterday, and it drove me crazy because it does a 2-second animation on power up AND on power down. Guess what, you NEED to power it down, and press the rotary dial while powering up again to reach certain menus. Which means I spent a couple of minutes looking at Spektrum bars moving up and down...
