Hi! I.m new to this forum, so I don't know if this is the right place to post this, so bare over with me

I try to use/setup my Frsky S6R reciever using FreeSky, but I can't open the app on my computer after downloading it? I'm using Windows 10.
Is there a kind soul, I'm sure there are lot's of them, out there who can help a newbie?
