9x radio er9x-M2561 trouble connecting to eepe eeprom editor

Seem I have forgotten how to connect an er9x-M2561 radio to the eepe eeprom editor.
Radio has the SmartieParts Rev-2.4 Programmer and the Rev-1.8 TelemetrEZ boards.
Computers see the USB connection (I hear the USB connecting sound) using the SmartieParts drivers.

The old radio firmware version on this M2561 radio is:
VERS: V1:010-Mike
DATE: 23.05.2015
TIME: 10:13:16
SVN: er9x-r819
MOD: FRSKY 2561

And have tried both my Desk and Notebook computers running Win7 64-bit.
Notebook has eepe Revision: 413, Apr 8 2015
and Desktop has eepe Revision: 419, Jan 8 2016

I have been using the erSky9x firmware and have not used er9x for some time now.
So I have tried several ways to connect to eepe, but I must be doing it incorrectly and/or have my setting wrong.
eepe Preferences (Notebook)
eepe Preferences (Notebook)
eepe Avrdude Configuration (Notebook)
eepe Avrdude Configuration (Notebook)
Start Avrdude failed (Notebook)
Start Avrdude failed (Notebook)

You have the wrong processor selected. You have the "M1281" selected. You want too select the "m2561"
