Pixhawk problems with X8R s.bus

Hi,
I am having strong difficulties' to make a Pixhawk FC recognize s.bus signals from my 8XR. I tried with 2 different X8R and then send back my pixhawk. My dealer tested with a Futuba s.bus radio and says it works.
The only wrong thing I see now, is that I could have made something wrong on the Taranis. (the X8R is in mode 4 and correctly wired to the RC connector, and works perfectly with a NAZA)
Could somebody share a eepe file with me that he uses for a pixhawk?
