Setting flight timer

I have had this question answered the other day of how to set the timer. But I tried to set "Timer 1" and I could not make it work. Below is how I had it setup bit it was not working.

Timer 1 ---------THt 06.00
Persistent-------Square checked
Minute call------Square checked
Countdown------Voice

After I set it this way the timer did not work. I think I'm missing something here.
