Template for Switches and Potis

I made a (printable) template to write down all the used switches and potis.

Maybe this is helpful for someone.

This is cool. Nice job. I was just thinking today...how I am going to remember what custom settings I have from model to model? You could easily keep one of these per model in the case, and can reference it when you get going to make sure you remember how you had it set.
