What do you mean by 'use'?
You should see the values in the telemetry screen on the main screen. (Long press some key. I forgot which)
Perhaps you need to select the voltage source first in the telemetry screen of the model setup. And you should select the right threshold voltages for your battery.

But 'use' could mean to do stuff with the values. Like read the out on by voice function. Check out custom functions.

By use, yes I mean I would like to know how set up a read out (voice) when voltage per cell gets to a certain point, and the same for RSSI. From what I have seen so far I get a reading for F1..Cell voltage and pack voltage. Not a teckie so have been looking for some kind of beginners guide to understand the SBus system. Sounds like a good way to get rid of some of the wires and make things more efficient.

You get low battery warnings out of the box. For everything else use the voice readout custom function to play a value. The easiest trigger is a button like the trainer switch.
Or a logic expression like value falling below a certain threshold or timer. (Previous tab.)

Did you read the manual?
http://www.open-tx.org/2013/08/22/opent ... manual-en/

Once you're done with telemetry and audio, read the "A few interaction examples" chapter.
