how I can weave the D8R-II PLUS with the DHT-U and I have the Turnigy 9X transmitter?

You need to make a cable that connects the power and ppm signals into the transmitter. You will need to connect to 3 pins in the module bay. Starting from the top is PPMout, Ground, and Battery+. If you can find a connector that fits the pins is probably the easiest.
