companion app?
Sorry if the answer is somewhere that ive missed or the answer is obvious... but.. Is there a companion app for Ersky TX? or does all programming need to be done via the radio?

Re: companion app?
eepskye is what you need. In effect, companion for openTx was forked from this.

Re: companion app?
Great, thanks! The simulator side of it is pretty basic at the moment. Do people not use it that much? Any further development plans around the simulator?
I use the OTX simulator quite a lot to test things like telemetry warnings and flight modes etc. Have i missed something?

Re: companion app?
Flight modes should simulate correctly in eepskye. I don't have any specific plans for the simulator, but I can consider specific requests for enhancements.

Re: companion app?
Thanks for the prompt replies Mike.
Maybe im missing something, but where are the buttons and switches in the simulator? What are the TRN, GEA, ID0, ID1, ID2 buttons?
I can see FM0 - assume thats the current FM?
Im thinking the telemetry simulator of OTX would be nice.

Re: companion app?
What radio are you using. You need to set this in "Preferences", "Version to download" for the simulator to show the correct controls. TRN etc. are for the 9X transmitter with upgrade board.
Yes, FM0 is the current flight mode.

Re: companion app?
X9D+ 2019 - ah yes, i found that, now the simulator looks more inline with what i was expecting. What the telemetry dialog and how do you use it?
I guess more than anything some manuals or a site with some introduction/FAQ on someone coming from OTX - eg what maps to what etc would be helpful to more than just myself.
