Internal voltage reference. (solved)

Post by Endorphin »

I am planning to add LiPo voltage sensing on my openXsensor which currently has vario and GPS functioning successfully.
There are multiple notes about the type of voltage reference selected and used as in this example here:

https://github.com/openXsensor/openXsen ... cription.h (Lines 629 to line 660).

Will someone please explain what internal voltage reference is and how/why I "select" it or select external reference?

Jim.
