9xe date and time

Not used my x9e for a few weeks when I switched it on today time and date had reset so I set them both used radio to set new model switch off
Turned on few hours later to find date and time had rest
Is there any back up battery installed that can be changed if so any pictures will be a help

Yes there is.

Not sure where it is on the X9E, but probably under the battery tray so you'd have to remove that.
