About the last thing I can see is the "top" of L100, on your first picture, doesn't look soldered very well. It shouldn't make any difference, but you might "reflow" the solder there.

do all switches work? I mean, can you see them working on the radio when you look at the screen? Also all the directional keys and the MENU and EXIT buttons work?

Does the radio work normal, or does it appear to be working too slow?

All switches and buttons work.

I installed a new 9x main board and it flashed the first time no issues.
I now have both my new Turnigy 9x radios flashed with er9x and better back lights.

Next step, I purchased the iRangeX IRX4 4 in 1 TX Module.
How do I program and what setting are needed to make this work?

Good that you managed to flash the radio :)

Model Setup / Protocol / select "Multi". then the protocol you need.
If you tell us what receivers you have, we could probably tell you which protocol to select.

For starters, I have

Hobby King HK-TR6A V2
Orange RX
Spectrum DSMX
Spectrum DSM2
Also a couple off brand ones but not sure if they will work:
Heng Long
Taigen

Hi Shad, Heng Long and Taigen will never work with any hobby grade radio. (except the new Taigen MFU that allows a hobby grade receiver to be plugged on it)

Those things use some kind of propietary protocol. So they wont work with other thing but their own crappy controllers.

The others should be ok.

Here I am not sure what you needs to do. Since I bought the modules, I immediatelly followed Joao's tutorials to flash the new firmwares in the them and so on. For some reason I always have the need of having the latest software version in everything, lol.

You told me by email you had the irange x module with no rotary tool at the back. So I think (Guys, correct me if I am wrong) you dont have to flash the module.

So you have to follow the instructions Mr Joao told you, go to
"Model Setup / Protocol / select "Multi". then the protocol you need."
Also select the module, external.
But just make sure you are selecting the receiver you already have, and you have the bind plug connected in the receiver when binding.

I can not find "Multi" in my radio screen after protocol??

Do I find this in the 9x or do I need to use eePe to set it ups?

No rotary knob on my iRange.

You dont need to connect it to the computer again (unless you want to)

I grabbed my plain 9x with er9x and I took a look at it.
In the protocol menu, where it says "Proto PPM" select "Multi" there.
Then in protocol and type you need to select your receiver. Take photos so we can guide you with what you have.

Then power the receiver, plug the bind plug on it, and click on Bind in your radio
