I am not an expert on the i6x, and I have been working with the CC3D long time ago, but I can try to help you.
When you say "when I connect the RX to the FC it doesn't show any signal", what are referring to:
1) the RX showed as linked before connecting to the FC?
2) the RX is linked but does not transfers servo control to the FC?
3) the RX link LED is OFF, or goes OFF when connecting to the FC?
Are you connecting to the FC via PWM or SBus?
