There is no special SD Card structure. it depends on what you need, and it depends on which radio you have.
The picture attached is what I use on my 9Xtreme radio running Ersky9x. I think there is a folder missing. It should be "picture" or "pictures", not sure, something like that :)
In the Scripts folder you can put non telemetry scripts, and then you have the "Telemetry" sub-folder for the telemetry scripts..
Some of the folders are created by the radio.. for example the radio will create the folder "MODELS", when you backup a model.. I think the same happens when logging is done for the first time and when you save the eeprom.
In the folder "Music" you create Album sub-folders (Max 14 characters I think) and you put max 16 files (I think again :) ) inside each folder.. Yes, Ersky9x has a music player, cool? :D

To generate voice files for Ersky9x, please go to
http://openrcforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=7715

Then follow the link at the top, and download and install TTSAutomate (Windows only)
Download the "Ersky9x Phrase File", load it in TTSAutomate, select the voice, select folders, and generate the pack. Obviously you can also add your own voice files to the "User" folder in the voice directory.. Just do not mess with the files in the "System" folder..

Thank you, very useful...
Setting up my 9XRPro for use with the irangeX muliprotocol 4 in 1 module.
Now with the addition of voice files, all seems to work nicely.
hope to try out on a (flying) model this weekend.

Thanks for your help.. I used the 9XR Pro + IrangeX 4-in-1 module with Ersk9x r221 on a couple of models on FLYSKY AFDHS protocol and FLYSKY AFHDS A2 (this includes telemetry). It all worked flawlessly. I am very impressed by the telemetry performance of the setup.
