ok guys new to this board love it but how do i install voice files meaning every time i plug in USB its like nothing happen how do i access my mirco sd card or do i have to open the case and put the files on it 1st

Turn your radio ON while holding both horizontal trims inwards. The radio will start in bootloader mode. Then connect the USB cable to radio and PC. After a few seconds two drives should appear on your desktop. one of them is your SD Card..
