Instant Trim Individually

Is there a reason an option is not provided to set up instant trims individually?
Lets say we trim the plane using instant trim. Now we find that it keeps climbing for we want to just set the ELE trim. Sometime it is just easier to hold the elevator in the desired position and trim again. But is we use instant trim all other trims will get reset which we don't want.

Sticks that are centered don't have their trims affected, so it's kind of "built-in".
