No. There is no official OpenTX distribution for NV14 yet.

I take it this is still the case, there is still no support for the Nirvana?

Correct. Planned for OpenTX 2.4 hopefully some time by the end of the year...

Great to hear. This is really a great radio worth supporting. Looks kinda funky but no other radio feels so nice in my hands.
