Could someone please help me figure out how to setup some mixing on my Spektrum DX6 transmitter? I want to support 6 modes from the transmitter and will need to emit PWM widths of around 1165, 1295, 1425, 1555, 1685, and 1815 milliseconds. I'm trying to achieve this using the 2-postiion switch C and the 3-position switch D. I currently can get the mixing to result in accessing four modes 1-4, but things get messed up with 5 and 6.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
