I currently have a Hitec setup but I need to buddy box for my son to learn. I’d rather not buy a 6/7 Hitec that I’m not going to use again. And I’m looking for a new challenge.
Is it at all possible to buddy an Aurora 9 (master) to the new FrSky Taranis 16 Channel telemetry Radio?
Cheers

The Taranis uses a Jr style socket. That is listed on the site.
So... What type of socket does the other radio use?

So... Chances are a simple mono / stereo cable will work!
Have you tried?

I tried with a futaba, it works fine. The flexibility of the trainer functions is amazing
