X9D+ udated with wrong firmware "taranis plus" 2.020

I have a huge problem with the FrSky Taranis x9Dplus.
Unfortunately I used firmware 2.0.19 or .20 as an update for 2.0.16 because there is no other one left at OTX, and unfortunately a strong hum and blockade on the X9D+ was the answer. No clear match because there was no FW for the x9D+. As firmware in Taranis transmitter memory there are 2x 2010 versions firmware and Eeprom. The remote control was purchased in 2017. I can't enter the menu, I can't use the SD card and read. I can't find information about the Eeprom update.
I clicked lua and sqt5font and .de on as desired settings. The voice should also be changed. Okay German text and voice is not the biggest problem.
Alarm buzz with power on from the beginning, no text on the display and inappropriate routine voice hints to change throttle switch, switch position error is all that comes.
Do I need to a) renew everything? Or b) Can I undo the wrong update, which by the way is not displayed? Anyway, the bootloader shows 2.0.16.
And how can I perform a) or b)? Who might have a proper firmware in stock? Or is he familiar with the X9D+?
Summary:
I overplayed an OTX firmware 2.016 with 2.019/20 "Taranis plus", but probably not exactly in type, because there was no offer at .019/20. The spark is buzzing and it's not going to work. So I would have to either play the old 016 again (but backwards doesn't go) or try 020 again, but type-precise, or even flash everything and re-enter it. But how?
If I could actually play 2.31 on it, which OTX denies, it would be easy. OTX says first 2.2, then 2.3. So I should add the 2.2 to the x9d+ and then update it to 2.3 and maybe 2.4. But how do I manage to get the 2.2 to sit down? Can I damage all?
