Taranis X9D+ Do not turn off - rebooting

Post by LFSMASTER »

Hello,
This morning my radio woke up making a loud noise.
At first I did not want to call again, I waited a few minutes and when I called, it did not work anymore, it keeps restarting without stopping.

I have done:
1 - Factory defaults
2 - Firmware Update
3 - I changed the memory card
4 - I replaced the internal battery
5 - I tested with another battery

I added a video to help.

Anybody have any ideas to help me?

Thank you.

Where?
I did not find any reference to the mofet.
Is that supposed to be in the video (that is not available) ?

Indeed; it seems the third component in a circle is a resistor.

My friend (Berlerd) solve it by replacing the internal battery.

Does someone have the explanation why can it help?

I can only suggest the battery was so low it was loading something down.

Hi,
The type of Q2 is 9014(SOT-23) , Q3 is SI2301(SOT-23) , R55 is 100K (0402).
I replaced these components and the problem was solved

maybe you turn off all and let it sleep for days. Like a virus repeats the action. You have scanned the firmware?

Or were it these mofets. What is their duty to do?
