X4R dead

Hi.
I have 3 of X4R-SB dead on two different helis. I'm using Hobbywing ESC's with internal BEC at 7.4V on first heli and 6.0V on second. I never had problems with futaba. but my futaba is 6 yars old without telemetry. I want to try Frsky...
My X6R still works after 10-15 flights on each heli. X4R from my friend works too.
My three X4R died after power off heli or at power on after 0-10 flights
