Can't turn off start up voice ?

 I've watch the you tube videos but I just can't removed the start up voice or change it ?
I have the amber sound back installed and when I go into the system folder of the sound pack and find 'tada_opentx' then remove it when I start up the tx again "welcome to open tx" starts up but how ?
I want to change it for a custom sound which I know I have to rename it as 'tada_open tx' but that doesn't work either ? 
I think when I first got the Taranis I backed up the EEPROM file to the radio which may have saved the voice to the Taranis memory which is why when I try to move it from the Sound file it's still there ?
If I'm right how do I get rid of the EEPROM file without corrupting the Taranis ?

The file is either "tada.wav" or "hello.wav" depending on the OpenTX version you're on.

Thanks Kilrah I worked that out by going through the sound files until I found the open tx which you are right is now Hello
