Taranis X9E and flaps setup.

Post by Sweetfrost »

Hi there.

Got my X9E and can make a model (electric airplane) and choose the right channels for the right control surfaces.

I have on a 2 way switch made a Throttle Cut and it works like a charm.

But how do i make so that my flaps go slowly down ?

I have tried in Special Functions-menu to get the flaps go up and down with a 3-way switch and that is okay. But i cant get them to move slowly.

Can anyone please explain how to do that (in a easy to follow way) ;o )

much appreciated thanks

Why the special functions?
Set a mix to use the 3-pos switch as the source, then in the mix just add suitable values in the slow settings.

Have you downloaded Companion for the Taranis? It has a simulator that will show servo motions and rates. Very useful for learning how things work on the Taranis.
