Really depends on your flight controller!
Slope Soaring, FPV, and pretty much anything 'high tech'

Nothing to it.
Just use 4 channels and it should work.
I normally configure (via USB) the arm disarm to work off a switch - then use the 5 channel to turn that on/off.

If you want to use a radio channel for arming the throttle you also must enable the motor_stop feature in your naze32.
It is also very useful to assign one of the three position switches of the radio to a sixth channel and use that to select between three flight modes for the naze32. For example angle, horizon and acro mode.
