logging feet / meters

I am logging altitude from a high precision vario.
I have my transmitter set to Imperial and my displays and audio outputs
are in feet. When I log the outputs the altitude comes out in meters.
Is there another option I need to set to make the logger report in feet?

Taranis radio opentx-r2923, x8r receiver, high precision vario
