RETA stick assignment

I know you'll likely tell me to put it back in the box and return it to the vendor but I find myself in at the deep end and floundering about somewhat.Miraculously, I've managed to connect the X8R Rx to my APM 2.5 via sbus to PPM convertor cable.
The signal is showing up OK in Mission Planner but in the wrong channels.I've looked in the mixer screen of the Taranis which confirms Ch1 = Thro,Ch2 = Ail,Ch3 = Ele,Ch4 = Rud or TAER.I'm baffled as to how to change to RETA,which is what's needed for correct function.
I've seen in Companion9x main settings a choice of the various flavours of channel arrangements,will this alter the channels on the Taranis if selected and written to the Rx?

Just edit the mixer lines and change the source.
