FAS-100 and D4R-II

Post by fireball »

Hi,

is it possible to connect the FAS-100 Current Sensor with a D4R-II Receiver? I tried yesterday but didn't get any results on my telemetry screen. Using a D8R works fine...

Best regards
Marcus

I would think it would connect just like the vario. Look at

http://www.eflightwiki.com/eflightwiki/ ... ent_Sensor
and then click on the link.
6.4 FAS-40 Current Sensor

page down a bit and it shows a picture. It appears that one wire has to be moved.

I haven't tried it yet. So YMMV

Yellow wire from the FAS' 3-pin plug (TX) should go to the receiver's RX pin, black to GND.
