I would like to program a elevator trim to override all the flight mode settings and just have one common elevator trim, does this sound doable?
At present you need to trim each flight mode so the default may not suit the landing mode so you need to trim each one before landing. Often I fly in differing conditions and trim the elevator by small amounts to suit the place and the conditions, a common trim would allow me to fly and land and switch between modes safely. Any thoughts?

Re: common ele trim
Thinking about it - this is easy.
In the flight modes screen, you can set the trim source for the flight mode.
Where you see: RETA on the display, move to highlight the E for elevator, then change the value to 0/1/2 etc. This is the source flight mode to take the trim from.

Rob, Thats magic, works well, saved me a lot of anguish. I have used the default flight mode to control all ele changes in the flight modes. I shall have to remember that one.
