R8Pro Telemetry plug issue

I just purchased an R8Prod receiver and want to put it in a plane that had an X8R with telemetry.
The problem is the X8R had a standard servo plug for the Smart port and the telemetry plugged right in.
The R8Pro has a different smart port plug to the X8R.
How in hell do I connect the telemetry the the R8Pro

It should come with a cable that has the matching connector at one end and a servo plug at the other that you plug into your sensor.

Why? Just connect that plug straight to the sensor.
