9XD plus SE 2019 internal charger not working?

I got a new radio a few days ago and everything seems to work.
Powered right up,SD flashed and installed,flashed external module,binded receiver,plugged in USB cord to charge LiPo.
The blue led lit up,but LiPo doesn’t charge.
I used a voltmeter to measure LiPo voltage with and without usb cord plugged in 6.5 volts which was the voltage of LiPo out of Taranis.
Tried another usb cord no improvement,tried a brand new 2S flight pack no measured voltage increase.
I double checked wall phone charger outputs,5v 2.4 amps which is as per FrSky directions.
I have several chargers with balancers so I made sure packs weren’t the issue.They charged right up so I can rule out any bad cells.

I can’t find anything about internal charger in Taranis 2019 issues so I don’t know what to check or measure.
Anyone with any experience with internal charging bugs and fixes?

Not what I wanted to hear but thanks.
3 big club funflies next week.
I was hoping a loose plug,cold solder joint,etc... that I might be able to fix myself.
I still got my Fasst system and DSM2 for foamies.

Guess you can always charge outside until a more appropriate time...
