I got a brand new Taranis X9 Lite (NOT S) and the menus look different than the manual.
1) I went to the site and downloaded FW-X9Lite_190605.zip and sdcard-taranis-x9lite-2.3V0019.zip
2) I unzipped the flash to the root of an SD card.
3) I unzipped the firmware to a folder and copied these into the formware folder on flash:
a) firmware_x9lite_190605.bin
b) ISRM_N_190604.frk
c) PMU.frsk
4) I held the rudder and aileron trim tabs together to the bootloader and:
a) flashed the ROM 2.3.0
b) Internal Module 1.1.0/1.1.2FCC
c) Power Managemt Unit (sorry, can't see the version.)

Now when I power off the xmitter I get an approximately 1/2 second cycle of
a buzz alternating with a flash of the power led.

It did not do this before the update.

Any ideas?

Ok, I will contact the seller since nobody jumped in and said "Oh, I know this!"
