Flash Irange 4 module new protocol

There are newer versions of the multimodule protocols that I use in my taranis X9D+. I need to flash module to upgrade to latest version. Github says to open bootloader and run file (FlashMulti_xxx.app) from the Run App folder to set up for flashing. I dont have a run app folder. Can I put the file into my SD card firmware folder and run it form there. It however is not a bin file. There has to be a way but I cant figure it out. Any suggestions

Flash Multi is an app that runs on your computer, not the radio.

"FlashMulti_xxx.app" is an app that is used to flash the module from a radio running ErskyTX.
I think (not sure) it may be possible to run it from an OpenTX radio if using the ErskyTX bootloader. I might be wrong on this last one though.

How did you solve this problem?
I have a multi protocol 4 in 1 and it says I need to update the firmware but am completely lost on how to do this on the Horus X10 Express.... any help would be appreciated.
What did you do, can you take me through it?
