problem with M9 calibration on X9e

Hi guys. I just installed some M9 gimbals on my x9e, putted the "Horus sticks" function on companion. Everything work in the good direction. The problem is: on both sticks gaz and elevator are calibrated good but for rudder and ailerons the radio will arrive at 100% while the stick will only be at 80% on the gimbal.
I don't know if you see what I mean but basically i just moove my sticks 80% of their full travel left and right and I ridge already the max travel of ailerons or rudder.I calibrated 10 times ,I searched a lot and didn't find anything, so I hope that you experts have an idea of what it could be.
