I used the CHIP QUIK flux which is how my soldering skills look good.
So the CHIP QUIK flux and using a lot of flux helps a lot.
I applied solder after placing the chip in place, but the board terminals are tin before.
I used the solder gun tip and/or some solder wick to remove to excess solder if needed.
Practice on an old board first can help a lot too, use a small soldering tip.
Soldering with Hot Air Gun will help lot too.

Today is disaster day (and "Father's day" here). While aligning & soldering the CPU I managed somehow to scratch the CPU over the complete board resulting in bend pins on one complete side. I got them all back but one which broke off. OK, smd soldering was never my thing anyway. Then prepared the display for a new board and managed to break off one contact there as well as I didnt see the blob of hotglue hiding behind it. Now ordered new main board with CPU and display.

Learnings from today: If you are not skilled enough, you have to pay ...

Thanks anyway for all the help,

You need to remove all solder from the pads with desoldering braid and flux, then clean them with alcohol and an old toothbrush. Then solder the new chip. Using lots of good quality flux helps a lot.
