O.k ! I have 0v at down switch and 2v in the up switch and the connections are also showing 0v at down and 1.5v at up. Solder joints are all sealed no cracks or breaks on the solder do you want some pictures to see the set up Im thinking of replacing the PCB. But were to get one ?without having to buy a used radio from ebay have any leads?

Just that we are in to same context here, did you measure the voltage or the resistance? I asked you to measure the resistance but you measured the voltage?

Yes, please post a good picture of the back PCB of your radio, showing also the switch..

Im getting current all thru the switch. Wiring and PCB Copper lines that run from connection all thru to the main power all have current. I remember that I flash new firmware for AR9X and its then when switch no longer worked, The trainer switch works and they both use same power sorce right?

Nope, if these values you posted are correct, then you don't have the right voltage (current as you call it) on the throttle switch.
It seems to me that you didn't do the measurements I asked for.
So, I'm going to ask again for you to do the measurements I ask for, and not the ones you think you should do :)
Please measure the voltages at the throttle switch pins, between both pins and ground.
You should expect 0V on both pins when the switch is in one position, wnd 3.3V in one of the pins when the switch is in the other position. Please do EXACTLY what I'm asking.

on down which looking at radio its in the back position 0v botton pin, 2v on the center, on the up or in the forward position it 2v on center conection top is 0v so from bottom connector 0v, then2v, then2v, then0v
bottom center center top Sorry its the best I can think to show how I have test the switch

I am not sure if I understand, but I think that ground might be missing on that switch. Please do this. Remove the battery.
Now set your multimeter to read resistance, (Ohms), not voltage.
Measure between the switch pins and ground on the back PCB.
You should expect both switch pins to read zero ohms when the switch is in one position, and only one of the pins reading zero ohms when the switch is in the other position.
