As the title says, when i keep holding the bind button and start the radio i hear the binding sound but it doesnt bind ( the receiver led stays blinking ).

Unless there's an ORX module I don't know of, those are 2 completely different and incompatible systems.

is there anyway to use them together ?

No way to use those together . You can get a multimodule or a dsm2/dsmx compatible rx . I use those orx modules with orange and lemon rx's and they work great
