Qx7s xjt upgrade failure

Hello
I was upgrading My qx7s from non eu to lbt eu firmware and after that I tried to bind a x8r to the x7s and It didnt work.
I tried with the old firmware and It didnt bind either.
I tried binding with My taranis and It worked fine so the recievers are not broken.
Does anyone have an idea?
I dont.
